In-Depth Review

A member of the Royal Society of Medicine and the British Psychological Society, ANITA SAWYER'S conclusion is that Helen is "the real deal".

“The Real Deal”

“Years of experience enabled me to quickly recognise I had at last found the ‘real deal’. My world literally changed overnight. Daily challenges melted away. My already busy work schedule has expanded seamlessly and my energy levels have soared. I’m amazed to have finally found someone who can help in this way”

“For many years, I worked with children and families who were struggling with physical, emotional and social difficulties of such magnitude, that school leaders were prepared to consider anything that might help – mainstream AND alternative approaches.

Consequently, during this time, I applied my rigorous training as a professional researcher in the evaluation of approaches as diverse as drama therapy, counselling and psychotherapy, music therapy, acupuncture, neuro-feed back, Reiki, Crystal healing, aromatherapy, meditation, massage, hydrotherapy, cranial sacral therapy, homeopathy, acupuncture, guided meditation, sound therapy, Bal-A-Vis-X movement based therapy.

At a personal level, I was looking for a way to be as effective as possible in my personal and professional life and to cope with the demands of an extremely challenging professional environment.

Many of these approaches were useful. All had merits and benefits. However, I noticed that unfortunately they all had one thing in common:

they effectively reduce the symptoms and distress for a period of time but they do not resolve the underlying root cause of the problems.

I came to the conclusion that this was simply the human condition and suffering was part of life; something for my students and their families and the dedicated staff who worked with them to manage as best as possible

Despite having considerable knowledge as to how to manage stress and personal effectiveness, I was very stressed out so paid particular attention when a good friend mentioned Helen Wingstedt. I could see for myself that her Programme of work with Helen had made a tangible, visible difference and so I decided to find out more.

Years of experience enabled me to quickly recognise I had at last found the ‘real deal’. An initial session resulted in a number of major shifts in terms of my work and my relationships. A subsequent weekend retreat brought to light underlying issues I hadnʼt even been aware of in addition to resolving issues I knew all too well.

My world literally changed overnight. Daily challenges melted away. My already busy work schedule has expanded seamlessly and my energy levels have soared. I had reconciled myself and those around me to the inevitable ʻslings and arrows of outrageous fortuneʼ but now find myself and those close to me are significantly happier than before. I must admit I canʼt quite believe it and being a skeptic am aware that this all sounds too good to be true and yet the fact remains that each new day now is better than the last.

I was deeply impressed by this wonderful person: her intelligence, her integrity, her warmth, her wit, her insightfulness – donʼt get me wrong, she’s very challenging too! I have never come across anyone who works with such speed and power. I am amazed to have finally found someone who can help others in this way”
