Anger

Tina worked in the motion picture industry. She couldn’t control her temper and as a result of conflict in the work place complaints had been made. Tina’s job and luxury lifestyle were on the line and her partner was threatening to leave her.

Tina had attended anger management classes and it hadn’t worked. She said she struggled to wind down when she went home and so drank and took drugs. She found it hard to relax on holidays and had suffered with insomnia, mind chat and racing thoughts for years.

Tina was incredibly frustrated and frightened because there was so much at stake. She had no idea how to stop herself, her career and her life derailing.

Tina’s bespoke Programme:

With our guidance Tina was able to get to the bottom of her anger issues and stop losing her temper. She found she could stay calm without having to try, that she could wind down and relax without effort and sleep peacefully. Tina’s mind chatter stopped; her head space and mental calm increased and her cognitive performance improved.

Ultimately, Tina kept her career on track and by her own admission, became a happier, more desirable person to employ. She is still happily married to her partner and enjoying her luxury lifestyle. 

Pain

Penny worked as a vet. Several years after hurting her back in an accident she was still in a lot of pain even though surgery had repaired the physical damage. Strong pain killers weren’t working but doctors said there was nothing more they could do.

Penny was following medical advice regarding diet and exercise. She’d seen a physiotherapist, osteopath, chiropractor and an acupuncturist but was still in a lot of pain. She’d seen a therapist for CBT and new age healers but nothing had worked.

Restricted in her movement and activity Penny had become depressed and was on anti-depressants. She’d had to stop working and found her loss of independence upsetting and frightening. She didn’t know which way to turn.

With our guidance, Penny was able to identify the root cause of the reactions and symptoms she’d been experiencing.

By the time she reached the end of her programme, Penny had conquered her pain and her anxiety. Her depression lifted, her energy returned and she was able to sleep better. 

Healthier and happier in every respect, Penny returned to work and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle she’d had to give up. 

Grief

Sally was a Life Coach. She had lost both parents a few years apart and couldn’t move on. Although Sally was used to assisting people in this area she had found that her methods weren’t working for her and didn’t know why.  

Sally said she felt confused, stuck, foggy, stressed out and overwhelmed most of the time having outbursts of anger and tears and no control. Family and friends didn’t understand why Sally was still so upset and Sally was upset because they didn’t seem to care how she felt. 

Sally thought she understood the healing process and that she was aware of all therapeutic avenues. As such, she didn’t know what to do next.

As a professional in the same industry, Sally was keen to add to her existing knowledge and skillset as well as working through issues that were making life difficult.  

With our guidance Sally was able to get to the bottom of the issues she’d been experiencing. Sally found that her confidence and energy quickly increased and her mind cleared. Ultimately, all of her side-effects ceased. Feeling internally calmer and more detached from the past she was able to look to the future in ways she never had before.

Feeling completely revitalised, like a different person, Sally decided to change her lifestyle and relocated to a new home in the South of France. Able to relax and enjoy the fruits of her labours in retirement she even found a new partner!

Anxiety

Mary had been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and was having panic attacks. She said it started after she’d been assaulted. Mary had seen a counsellor and a clinical psychologist for CBT and EMDR. She’d talked about the ‘trauma’ for hours and said that doing so hadn’t changed anything.

Mary was on medication. She was learning to control the anxiety with breathing exercises, tapping and visualisation techniques. She had learned to meditate and had also done on-line courses but was no better off. Mary said she wanted a ‘cure’ but had been told by a doctor that this was impossible.

Mary said her problems had intensified over a number of years. That she had started to avoid places, people and situations which might trigger a panic attack and as a result of this, her life had gotten smaller. 

Mary’s bespoke Programme:

With our guidance Mary was able to identify the root cause of her difficulties. Working together from a different vantage point Mary regained control and found that her personal power increased.

By the end of her programme Mary’s anxiety had normalised and panic attacks had stopped. The relief of this result lifted Mary’s stress and feeling less overwhelmed, she was able to start planning for the future without fear of consequence.
